English as a Second Language (ESL)

This course is specifically geared to those whose primary language is other than English. It provides an opportunity to gain skills in written and spoken English. Conversation, grammar, pronunciation, and composition will be included to meet the individual needs of the student. Call 860.687.2000 ext. 1273 for further information.

In-person registration is mandatory for new and returning students. New students are required to take a listening and reading appraisal. Registration can be done on:

  • February 17, 18, 19 & 22-25, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or
  • February 17 & 24, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

Registration is held at the Windsor Board of Education (601 Matianuck Avenue in Windsor), Room 8. Please use the main entrance. Masks required.
